Min-Ga

Some of the places under review are places we’ve been to before. Sometimes we want to go back to them, like Min-Ga, and sometimes we don’t want to revisit them because we were underwhelmed before this project started. We don’t want to put negative ju-ju out in the world but if you know of place, or check the list and there’s not a “Eating Bethel Road” review, it’s because we are following the, “If you don’t have anything nice to say, say nothing at all” notion.

That being said lets’ talk about Min-Ga

It’s a classic. The people working there are patient and friendly. The décor is what you expect, pretty chandeliers and nice tables.

The menu is extensive and I’m actually ill equipped to talk about it more than to say they have Jap Chae, Bi-Bim-Bap Hot Stone, Tangs and Jiges…soups and stir fries and so much more! The assortment of condiments and small dishes are yummy additions to anything you order.

There are a few Korean restaurants on this side of town, Silla on Henderson comes to mind. Plus K-BBQ places, where we’ll be going to shortly. Overall, check them out.
